rns: I love great food. I enjoy the journey that leads me through diverse cuisines and ingredients to the perfect dish. I thrive on the challenge to create quality dishes on fixed budget. My biggest food critic and support system is my amazing husband. He willingly samples my concoctions, and offers his honest feedback. I love him and my infant son more than anything in the world. Finally, I owe my talents and blessings to my Heavenly Father, Who has given me so much more than I deserve. He is my source and my life, and without Him I would not be where I am today.
